The promo features some of our Sushi Nori favorites, so the moment we saw the ad on Facebook, we planned to go already. Good thing we had the chance to attend their exclusive media event to have a sneak peek of what to expect during the promo period.

Okonomiyaki Roll – tamago, kani, bonito flakes, spring onions, Teriyaki sauce, and Japanese mayo. This was really tasty and the combination of the Teriyaki sauce and Japanese mayo was just perfect. The bonito flakes on top made it all the more beautiful!

BNY Roll – tamago, cream cheese, black sesame, Teriyaki mayo. It’s safe to say that this became our favorite roll during this event. The cream cheese added a different kick and this made this roll bursting with flavors.

California Maki – kani, mango, cucumber, ebiko, Japanese mayo. This will always be a classic. We liked that they were so generous with kani and mango.

For the temakis, we had Crazy Kani, Firecracker, and Sushi Dreams. Among these our favorite was the Firecracker! It was made with lots of spicy salmon and tempura flakes. It’s simple yet it works.

Another favorite would be the Sushi Dreams Temaki. It’s made with salmon, kani, cream cheese, tempura flakes and teriyaki sauce. All the ingredients went well together. Every bite was explosion of flavors. The Crazy Kani was good too with generous servings of kani, tempura flakes, and ebiko.
