Since its launch last September, the latest collection of Chef’s Specials, dubbed Mundial Cuisine, has been a hit with the diners of Eastwood Café+Bar. Created by Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Executive Chef Vic Barangan, these dishes combine local and international cooking styles and ingredients to produce original gourmet masterpieces. And as a delectable anniversary treat, Eastwood Richmonde will be making these Chef’s Specials even more exceptional with a set of entrée and two side parings for only PhP 800nett.

 

Choose among the following main dishes: U.S. short ribs braised in Mt. Apo coffee; Abra organic chicken a la kiev with salted egg butter; parrotfish fillet with tamarind, cilantro, jicama, and Zambales mangoes; and Australian lamb shank cooked adobar-style with garlic and hollandaise.
