And now that more than seventy years have passed, Botejyu had expanded from their first ever offering which was Okonomiyaki, as they now have Modern-yaki and Teppanyaki, as well as Udon, Ramen, and Donburi Rice Bowls. No doubt, they have grown into so much more and they still continue to bring the best they could offer to their diners.
That being said, you might want to start with some must-try bite-sized goodness of theirs such as their Special Assorted Sashimi (3 kinds Php 425 | 5 kinds Php 695) which is of tuna, salmon, shrimp, scallops, and crab meat; their Crispy Fried Prawn Mayo Roll (Php 320) which is of crispy fried prawn, lettuce, and original mayo; and their Seattle Roll (Php 315) which is of salmon, cream cheese, avocado, lettuce, and original mayonnaise.
From their easy eats, let’s have a taste of a variant of the dish – Okonomiyaki – that has started Botejyu, the Premium Mix Moonlight-Egg Oko (Php 410). This one is truly a heavenly delight – preservative free and is of beef, pork belly, shrimp, squid, and fried egg, then drizzled with special sauce.
After that, get some saucy fix to your saucy craving as you dive into their Fried Salmon with Spicy Tartar Sauce (3 pieces Php 390 | 6 pieces Php 675) which is of succulent and crunchy breaded salmon and their All Star Takoyaki (Php 255) which definitely is a must-try as this one really has an octopus piece inside!
