If you have not tried Tipsy Pig Gastropub, then you are missing on a lot of wonderful things in life. From vibes that are sure to shoo away all the bad juju hovering over you to dishes and drinks that underwent meticulous research, tedious preparation, resulting to sumptuous flavors and delightful textures in every bite and every sip.
There is no denying that we have dined with Tipsy Pig Gastropub for more than once and you could say it is because we love each and every dining experience we had with them. With dishes great for sharing and won’t put a hole on our monthly budget, why say no to a fabulous food adventure, especially now that they have some budget-friendly Lunch Specials and a bunch of New Big Plate & Main additions, right?
And so let us cut the chase and go direct to the point as we delve into their yummy offering of Lunch Specials which are good for one serving and are available from 11AM to 2PM. Try out their Bistek Bowl (Php 169) which is of beef sirloin, calamansi soy, and fresh onions; their Fried Chicken Adobo (Php 169) which is of chicken leg quarter, adobo sauce, and soft boiled egg; and their Adobo Flakes (Php 149) which is of pork floss, poached egg, and adobo fried rice.
From Lunch Specials, better check out their new offerings as well, particularly the ones that are a part of their Big Plates & Mains selection! Start with their #SquashGoals (Php 320) which is an easy fave and is of ginataang kalabasa, coconut cream, spinach, and shrimp.
Follow that one with another dish that you would go coco loco over and that is their Ginataang Munggo (Php 320) that has lechon kawali, coconut cream, and tinapa fried rice.
From coco loco nomnoms, dive into some seafood goodness because Tipsy Pig Gastropub now has Pan Seared Pampano (Php 1150) that is good for 2 to 3 people because this one is of a whole Pampano, with brown butter patis and mustasa salad; as well as Seafood Kare-Kare (Php 620) which is of shrimp, mussels, beer battered fish, squid, and bagoong.
Meanwhile, if you are looking for some quick bites, Tipsy Pig has a bunch of bar chows which you can choose from like their ever-famous Tipsy Sisig (Php 360) that is of bagnet, calamansi aioli, poached egg, and pork floss or you can also go for a new bar chow of theirs, the Chicken Nachos (Php 280) which is a hefty serving of chicken skin with sinamak, chipotle aioli, salsa fresca, and ranch dressing.
Same goes with our previous Tipsy Pig Gastropub meal times, this dining experience at their Kapitolyo branch is an absolute win, especially now that we got to try a lot of their new additions, bestsellers, and lunch specials which you really should not miss out as well!
With that, when you finally got the chance to eat with Tipsy Pig Gastropub, be sure to try out a few or maybe even all the dishes we got to devour and tell us how your dining experience with them went down as well.
