Burgers are really heaven sent, that we tell you! You know why? Well, if it ain’t obvious, it is something easy and fun to eat as well as satisfying as it is already a complete meal. Hence, many people really are lovers and fans of burgers!
And if you are one of those people, then, boy, we got a new burger place for you. Burger places usually focus on their patties and not on their bread, but with Buns n’ Bros, they really put the spotlight on both. They do not only make their own patties, but their own buns as well!
Currently they have three bun variants which are classic brioche, roasted black sesame, and black beer. These variants will truly level up your burger experience.
Buns n’ Bros promises to give their diners the ultimate burger experience ever since they have started as a pop-up, serving freshly bake burgers everyday with proper packaging. Now that they finally are a full blown burger place, we hosted a Bloggers’ Night for them in order for our friends to have that ultimate burger experience we absolutely love, too!
We started this burger-filled night with our friends by digging into Buns n’ Bros’ The Player (Php 295) which is one of their classic offerings and a bestseller. This one is double the patty, double the cheese, so expect double the delicious trouble!
From the Player, we sure reached for our determined persona with The Boss (Php 265) which is one of their signature burgers and no doubt a bestseller;. This black beer bun has homemade smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and hickory barbecue sauce.
After that, we did not even think twice and got into a scrumptious fight with The Feisty Chick (Php 275). With that much-loved punch of spice, this one is of roasted black sesame bun loaded with boneless fried chicken, louisiana jalapeño cheddar glaze, fried onions, pickles, and ranch sauce.
Having The Feisty Chick got us craving for more yummy chicken and we are so happy Buns n Bros’ Boneless Buttermilk Fried Chicken (Php 235) exists! This one is part of their rice meals and is a bestseller. Each bite we had was really juicy as this one is deep-fried chicken served with chicken gravy, topped with fried lettuce and crispy shallots!

As we just could not get enough of Buns n Bros, we decided to add their bestseller side which is none other than their Nasty Fries (Php 140). This one is a hearty serving of fries with melted cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and a sumptuous, nasty sauce!

And for dessert, you def should not miss out on their delectable Lave Cake (Php 150)! Served in a cup with lava cake and ice cream, this one is great for on-the-go; but also just allow 15mins for them to bake it – worth the wait, we promise! Aside from their Lava Cake, their Donut Bites are must-tries, too.
However, don’t you dare think that’s the end already because their Oreo Milkshake (Php 195) which is actually not part of their menu is heaven on earth itself! This one is made with not one, not two, not even three, but nine Oreos, so if you are an Oreoholic, you sure are going to be yelling dibs on this one.
We started with something heaven sent and ended with heaven itself because Buns n Bros really is that fabulous and amazing, so if you ever find yourself roaming around Makati, head onto Ayala North Exchange and just enjoy this ultimate burger experience that only Buns n Bros has.
