With its glory that is the beauty and luxury of old Spanish time, we just could not go check out Las Casas Quezon City, and so we got our bums out of our chairs and excitedly sashayed our way there.

To start, their Ensalada (Php 200) which is of mixed greens, olives, candied pear, manchego slivers, and garlic vinaigrette is a hearty plate of healthiness packed with flavors and textures that sure is refreshing in each and every mouthful.

Next to some greens is another starter, but this time is from the rich sea. Their Gambas Al Ajillo (Php 590) is a serving of delicious and succulent shrimps sautéed in garlic, so if you are a fan of garlic, you are so going to love this dish!

From appetizers, don’t think twice with flying to their mains such as their Chicken Pesa (Php 590). This one is of organic chicken, chorizo, carrots, marble potatoes, cabbage, chicharon, and truffle essence which make up a light and tasty flavor like no other.

Another main for you to definitely try is none other than their Chuleton (250 grams Php 720 | 500 grams Php 1375). This one is a plate of grilled marinated ribeye steak that comes with salsa verde and paprika mayonesa which are dips to enhance this dish even more.

Having to fill ourselves with savories here at Las Casas Manila by Margarita Fores, of course we didn’t stand up form our seats without having some carbs in us and that is where their Paella Valenciana (Php 1450) comes in. Speaking of dining, this fine dining experience of ours with Las Casas Manila by Margarita Fores would not be complete without treating our sweet tooth with some treats just like their Churros Con Chocolate (Php 120) as well as their Tres Leches (Php 180) which is of smoked coconut, dried mangoes, as well as jackfruit.
