An Ode to Well-Curated Variety: Enjoy International flavors at The Lind Boracay’s Tartine

Boracay clean up surely made some noise last year, and hearing a lot about the “new” Boracay, people really have compared it to its pre-status one. Many loved it and many thinks it is meh, but then take that change as a grain of salt, since that change is actually for its betterment, right? It’s no secret that Boracay has been a venue to many parties and whatnot, leading to what others have dubbed as abuse, so when one would really think about it, the clean up that happened in Boracay is more like a restoration of its beauty and calmness that people loved about it ever since.

With all that out in the open, hotels and resorts are now back in operations – one of which is The Lind Boracay which promises their guests a tropical abode as they redefine coastal luxury with not only their 5-star beachfront property on the serene area of Station 1, but also with their restaurants and bars such as Tartine.

Named after the French open-faced sandwich known for its elaborate spreads, Tartine is an ode to the well-curated variance of culinary offers at The Lind Boracay; it being located at the beach level, serving global flavors that would bring one’s palate to a play of continental classics to the savory tones of Asia!

Here in Tartine, their must-tries are their Lamb Kansi, which actually has jackfruit and batwan, hitting that really delectable sour spot that is just hard to satisfy, but here’s Tartine doing exactly that; as well as their Mixed Seafood Escabeche which is a bit leaning into sweeter tones with tuna, soft shell crabs, scallops, and salmon that has a distinct smokey taste.

Other than those yummies, Tartine of The Lind Boracay actually released a Festive Menu during the holiday season, specifically the 24th and the 31st of December last year, wherein people got to have a lip-smacking good time with dishes such as Chili Prawns which is an authentic Singaporean dish, Tuna Ceviche which is a classic, and Lemongrass Panna Cotta which is a delight!

As an all day dining restaurant of The Lind Boracay, Tartine can hold up to 80 diners, so big groups are very much welcome as they could sit comfortably and even order up their offering of Boodle Fight, exclusive for lunch time upon request. While if you are wondering what’s special for their dinner offering, then get ready to have a jammin’ good time because they got an acoustic band serenading their diners every night!

The Lind Boracay is located at Station 1, Barangay Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, 5608 Philippines.
