You guys know about Beef Steak and perhaps you have heard about Pork Steak too, right? Well, how about Bangus Belly Steak? Have you guys got a sight of that? Or maybe got a taste of that? If you have not, then boy, will we turn your frown into a smile! Today we made Bangus Belly Steak and our family loved every little thing about it – from its texture to its flavor!
Blame it on us being in a time crunch or maybe us not having the extra energy to move or even to think about what we are going to have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we sure have been having all things fried lately. It’s just the quickest way to have something served on the table other than ordering in. Don’t even deny it; we know you guys are having this kind of days as well. It’s all right, no judgment here.
Anyway, as that is the case, we thought of having something that we could relish in, but also something that is already close to our hearts – and Bangus Belly is what automatically popped into our minds. However, we didn’t want to just fry it, so we thought of having it with maybe a sauce of some sort; and that’s when we came up with Bangus Belly Steak!

The saltiness and sweetness just seems to be dancing to a beautiful melody in our mouths and that’s just one of the things we loved about it! Truly, this dish is spectacular to pair with rice as its sauce would complement every mouthful. Aside from that, the Bangus Belly itself is just oozing with flavor as it has been coated with all the spices and seasonings we used to make this wonderful Bangus Belly Steak.

Wondering what exactly those seasonings and spices are? Thinking about how will you be achieving that lovely blend of saltiness and sweetness without one of them overpowering the other? Boy, are you lucky today, because got all that on video for you. Just watch and follow our recipe video on it and you got yourself a delectable Bangus Belly Steak ready to be eaten!
