Right before having dinner with Bluewater Panglao, they wanted us to try a few of their food and drink pairings at one of their dining concepts. Their Baroto Poolside Bar is where all the magic happens. Just kidding, but really, here is where all the fun happens, especially when your kind of fun includes refreshing drinks, delectable concoctions, and more yummy nomnoms!

Filled with couches and tables perfect for groups, alongside a billiard pool, some board games, and books, there really is no denying that Baroto Poolside Bar of Bluewater Panglao is a chill hangout place you will be going to in the night when you are staying with them.

And as they are a poolside bar, you really should expect to be near one of Bluewater Panglao’s pristine and beautiful pools because you are not going to be disappointed being the pool really is just inches away from you. Meanwhile, for the food, they are offering some barchows that will no doubt top up the enjoyment you sure will be experiencing with them, especially now as they are about to launch more nomnoms and sippies for you!

That being said, on your visit at Bluewater Panglao, you better not miss out on their Pork Sisig which is a classic Filipino pulutan that you know will be a great pairing to whatever drink you will go for. Baroto Poolside Bar’s Pork Sisig is sizzling maskara so it has that enjoyable bite to it.

And if you are looking for a classic with a twist, their Chicken Wings Kare-Kare with Mango and Bagoong is something we just could not forget about as we still think about it up to this day. We could not fathom if it is a different take on chicken wings or a play on a top tier pinoy dish, the Kare-Kare, but it is downright a real good one!

However, if you are like Phoebe Buffay who does not eat food with a face, then don’t worry, because Baroto Poolside Bar has the perfect snack for you! Their Vegetable Quesadilla is a yummy wonder! It has that crunch in every bite that makes eating more pleasurable.

And of course, for sippies, Baroto Poolside Bar also will be launching a bunch of new ones such as their Pineapple Sangria, Peach Margarita, as well as Vodka Limade. The Pineapple Sangria will really get you hooked with its fruity and smokey flavour, for sure! Plus, don’t miss out on their happy Hour as that happens twice a day. First is from 2PM to 4PM, while the second one is from 6PM to 8PM. Have fun!

in your Thank you for sharing in your post your good experience in blue water resort, I’m not from the Philippines, but I think the alternative is lovely, primarily the venue and the food looking at the pictures you have shown. I would also love to go to a good resort near our area here in Palm Coast, FL, it’s called Oceanfront Bed And Breakfast, and the name of the resort it’s making want to have a glimpse of their meals and experience their service.post the
