Spanish dish is not something new to us – Filipinos. After all, we’ve been colonized by the Spaniards for more than three hundred years, certainly our taste buds would be more than familiar to their dishes. It’s also one of the International dishes that has been close to our hearts.
But as more and more restaurants and different concepts popping up here and there we also tend to expect more than the typical offerings we have been so accustomed with.
Good thing there are a lot of new restaurants that would certainly give us more than we’re looking for. Just like the newest Spanish restaurant to hit the metro – Bueno Tapas and Wine.
From its classy and cozy interior that very much feels like you’re in Spain yet the homey vibe is there, to its wide range of modern Spanish comfort food. This newest joint is sure to entice your appetite and will make you fall in love even more with the Spanish cuisine.
Partly owned and managed by Chef Ken Alfonso, who studied at Global Culinary Academy and lived a couple months in Spain to immerse himself more of the Spanish culture. His passion for cooking slowly but surely is paying off as his restaurant offers some of the best Spanish dishes we have ever tasted.
We’ve rounded up our favorites at this lovely restaurant so if you are planning for a date night or just a fun night with friends you can head on to Bueno and enjoy the dishes below.
