You need not to worry about its meat breaking down too since it doesn’t have its skin as its casing, because each longganisa is wrapped with a covering which is not a hassle to remove as well. You just have to unroll it until you get the Skinless Longganisa out.

 3 cups cooked rice
 10 garlic cloves
 2 eggplants
 2 Indian mangoes
 1 tomato
 1 cucumber
 3 salted eggs
 4 eggs
 5 bacon strips
 2 packs of CDO Skinless Longganisa

Directions:

Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, Indian mangoes, salted egg, and eggplant. Set aside.

Saute garlic, then add rice and salt to taste to make garlic fried rice. Set aside.

Fry eggs. Set aside.
