We were able to sample this Mixed Seafood Noodles with Crunchy Pork and it was such a delicious and scrumptious one. I even love the plating and the pretty flowers garnished on one side of the plate.

Chinese dishes will never be complete without dimsum so we definitely had to try the Pork Siomai. We devour it in a few seconds after we have playfully took a photo of it using the stage as the background.

There were several participants who joined the Good Life Chinoy Dish Showdown, a culinary competition highlighting modern Chinese-Filipino dishes. Featured participants are some of Manila’s finest hotels which include Hotel Kimberly, City Garden Hotel, Lotus Garden Hotel, Eurotel, Bayview Park Hotel, Amelie Hotel and Best Western Hotel. They battled out in a live cooking exposition to win the prize for the best Chinese dish.

Overall, with the big crowd that flocked and joined the festivities, it was safe to presume that it was indeed a successful event that we look forward to attending next year.
