Believe it or not, there are many ways to have the time of your life with Chicken Barbeque. You can have it like the classic Pork Barbeque, but instead of pork cuts you have chicken slices on a stick or a skewer; or you can also go for a whole chicken if you prefer that.

Basically, Chicken Barbeque consists of either chicken parts or entire chicken that are barbecue, grilled, or even smoked! Sounds luscious, isn’t it? Well, it is because it is! Make small slits on the chicken as the slits will expose more meat for the brine as well as the slits will help cook the chicken evenly.
Place chicken in a big bowl then add garlic, onion, calamansi juice, soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper, ketchup, and honey. Distribute marinade evenly.
Cover, refrigerate, and let it marinate overnight.
Drain chicken from the marinade and then place chicken on a grill. Set aside the marinade.
Boil the marinade for about 10 minutes and then use it as a basting sauce.
Grill chicken for 10 to 15 minutes each side.
For the sauce, combine garlic, onion, green chilis, red chilis, calamansi juice, soy sauce, and white pepper. Mix well.
