Slice garlic, onions, onion leeks, and carrots. Set them aside for later.
Cook scrambled eggs. Once cooked, set it aside as well.
Saute garlic and onions for a while. Then add carrots, corned beef, green peas, and corn kernels. Mix them altogether.
Season with ground black pepper and salt. Mix again.
