Just recently, we found ourselves in Delgado 112, a classy and elegant restaurant that is also cozy and comfortable. We really adored how their space is designed and set up. The sleek tables and plush seats just really add a lovely touch to its whole look.
Although, do take note that Delgado 112 is not only a beautiful place you can relax in, but also, their food and beverage selections are a must-try! Their menu is well-curated and well-thought-out with categories ranging from appetizers to desserts, as well as from juices to coffees.
If you are feeling a bit of a tease and you just want to tickle yourself with some tasty starters, you can definitely grab more than just one from Delgado 112’s Pintxos, Bar Chows, and Appetizers. Their Brie Queso Jamon (Php 440), Iberico Chorizo (Php 360), and Mozzarella Balls (Php 345) are just a few to look out for!
Meanwhile, if you want to start your Delgado 112 experience with familiar flavors, we suggest digging into their Filipino Street Food Favorites (Php 320) which is a variety of your well-loved ihaw-ihaw; or their Creamy Bone Marrow Sisig (Php 390) which is a crowd favorite savory pork sisig with beef marrow portion! These two will no doubt more than just tease your taste buds.
Delgado 112 also has a number of heavier dishes that highlight Filipino flavors. They have Beef Sinigang with Bone Marrow (Php 426), NYU Caldereta (Php 495), and of course, Kare Kare (Php 480) which we all know are classic Pinoy viands that are best paired with rice.
Other than those, Delgado 112 also has dishes that put the spotlight on other cuisines. For these, we recommend calling dibs on their Marinated Pork Belly (Php 390) which comes with tomato mango salsa alongside your choice of mashed potato or rice pilaf; as well as their Delgado Baked Half Chicken (Php 565) made flavorful and delicious with olives, capers, and prunes in white wine. All these you can also enjoy more with Delgado 112’s Paella Negra (Php 499 | Php 999).
Of course, Delgado 112 has pastas ready for taking as well! Their Pasta Ala Delgado (Php 390) as well as their Pasta, truffle essence and cream, topped with crispy bacon (Php 380) are must-haves, if you ask us. These two really had us slurping non-stop until all we had was an empty plate.
Alongside these savory dishes that are just so hard to resist, Delgado 112 also made sure that they are able to fill their diners’ sweet tooth; and with their Strawberry Brownie Cheesecake (Php 240 | +80 for ala mode), Halo Halo with Salted Egg Cheesecake Ice Cream, and Mais Con Yelo, you will certainly be wrapped in sweet bliss. Delgado 112 just really knows how to pamper their diners. They even know how to freshen things up by offering a revitalizing drink or two like their Kiwi Fruit Tea with Sinkers (Php 155).
