From that one, let’s go to the main event and have a fill of their Main Courses! First up is their Cassoulet Toulousain (Php 900) which is of a rich, slow cooked casserole that has duck leg confit, toulouse & garlic sausages, smoked pork belly and neck, alongside white beans. Next to that is another tasty main course of theirs called Georges Blanc’s Mother Secret Chicken Recipe (Php 780). Provencal Grilled Pork Tenderloin à L’échalote (Php 680)

The third and last main course we had was their Provencal Grilled Pork Tenderloin à L’échalote (Php 680).
