Enjoy the famous Ensaimada de Cavite only at Baloy’s Bakeshop

Started with 0% knowledge about the business they wanted to venture in, Baloy’s Bakeship still made it into the bakeshop scene and is even moreso thriving! The family behind Baloy’s Bakeshop learned everything there is to learn about baking – they invested in cookbooks, listened to entrepreneurs, and studied the baking industry. From there, they began their baking journey with a store made out of plywood and 20 ulam-filled pandesal.

From pandesal, they saw the opportunity to put a twist to a classic Caviteno pasalubong. They introduced to their market the Ensaimada de Cavite with different fillings such as Classic, Ube, Dulce de Leche, Macapuno, and Bavarian. Seven years later, Baloy’s Bakeshop has stayed true to their promise to offer freshly baked bread to share with friends and loved ones; and until now, they try to innovate their products to make sure that their customers have something to look forward to every time!

And of course, as we have tumbled upon Baloy’s Bakeshop, we sure did not hesitate into trying their highlight treat – the Ensaimada de Cavite! We got to have this one in 5 assorted flavors we have mentioned prior and we just can’t choose which one is our favorite, because each is unique and delicious.

Other than that, we tried another classic pasalubong. Their Hopiang Baboy that is of Classic Panaderia Hopia which sure is loved by many. This one is perfect for when you want to give yourself a reward every time you finish a task and that’s how we got to tick off so many things on our to-do list.

Lastly, if you love the combo that is of milk and cheese, then you better check out their Milky Cheese Bites, as Baloy’s Bakeshop also made their version of that, and it’s so good as well!
