Inari Zushi

The Cali Baked is of kani, cucumber, and mango, topped with popping tobiko; and is available in Small (8 × 4 × 2 Php 450) which is good for 2 to 3 people and comes with 2 nori packs, in Medium (8 × 8 × 2 Php 650) which is good for 4 to 6 people and comes with 3 nori packs, and in Large (12 × 8 × 2 Php 1400) which is good for 8 to 12 people and comes with 4 nori packs.

Meanwhile, the Torched Salmon Avo is of fresh salmon which doneness is how you prefer it alongside avocado. This one comes in Small (8 × 4 × 2 Php 550) which is good for 2 to 3 people and comes with 2 nori packs, in Medium (8 × 8 × 2 Php 750) which is good for 4 to 6 people and comes with 3 nori packs, and in Large (12 × 8 × 2 Php 1500) which is good for 8 to 12 people and comes with 4 nori packs.

And of course, if you are part of the can’t-choose-club, then you can go for their Mixed Tray and have both Cali Baked and Torched Salmon that comes in Medium (8 × 8 × 2 Php 799) which is good for 4 to 6 people and comes with 3 nori packs and in Large (12 × 8 × 2 Php 1650) which is good for 8 to 12 people and comes with 4 nori packs. Just have the best of both worlds, right?

Inari Zushi

For more of that Sushi goodness you just can’t get enough of, Mama Cha’s Kitchen has a sumptuous offering called Inari Zushi which you can get either in Classic or Premium. The Classic has fiery Salmon (Php 90) and Cheesy Kani (Php 90), while the Premium has Wagyu (Php 120) which is of black wagyu cubes topped with torched mozzarella cheese, and Unagi (Php 120) which is of unagi with tare sauce and fish roe.

Do take note that for their Inari Zushi selection, a minimum order of 4 pieces is a must and that could actually opt for their Box of Assorted which includes 2 classic and 2 premium for only Php 400. You can also have it customized if you prefer a certain variant more.

Lastly, you don’t have to look further for desserts, because Mama Cha’s Kitchen also has pastries for you. Their Chocolate Cake (Small 8 × 4 × 2 Php 200 | Medium 8 × 8 × 2 Php 450) and Red Velvet Crinkles (Php 120 per Tub) surely have made a lot of people glad and satisfied.
