Highlighting Kapampangan flavors, Fabrika Dining is definitely extremely loved, especially because their menu has everything covered—from appetizers to mains, and even from desserts to beverages.

Wondering what we got at Fabrika Dining when we dined with them? Well, you are in for a treat, because we were able to dig into a lot of their bestsellers, including a number of their refreshing drinks!

To start, we first had their Tropical Mango Salad (Php 280) which is a hearty bowl of lettuce, grapes, mango, and mango dressing; as well as their crowd favorite Okoy (Php 250) which is a crispy and tasty creation made of papaya, kamote, kalabasa, and shrimp. These two no doubt set the tone for us, and we got even more excited from here on out!

Next we reached for a few of Fabrika Dining’s dishes that gave us some delicious slurp action. Their Pasta sa Taba ng Alimango (Php 320) which is spaghetti pasta with aligue and parmesan, and is served with bread; and their Crispy Pansit Tagalog with Lechon Kawali (Php 380) which is a generous serving of canton, shrimp, and vegetables were so good! These two certainly did not disappoint us.

We even got to pair those with Fabrika Dining’s Sriracha Wings (Php 325) which is a slapping plate of deep fried wings made flavorful with sriracha and made more filling with fries! Every bite was just yum after yum after yum!

After those, we then proceeded to reach for dishes close to our hearts such as Fabrika Dining’s Krispy Liempo Kare Kare (Php 490) which is crispy liempo and vegetables lulled in rich peanut sauce; and Slow Cooked Beef Brisket Kaldereta (Php 490) which is of beef brisket and carrots in kaldereta sauce, topped with mashed potato. Of course, we also called dibs on a Kapampangan classic which is none other than their Pork Sisig (Php 325) which is a sizzling plate of chopped pork, belly, liver, soy, and kalamansi which is just hands down drool-worthy!

Fabrika Dining’s Tiyan ng Salmon sa Miso (Php 450) also made this meal even more splendid than it is for us. We loved how its miso broth has that fresh and sweet notes from salmon belly and vegetables. This is just so good!

All these wonderful dishes really had our taste buds and bellies pampered and happy, but of course, Fabrika Dining did not let us go without sipping some of their revitalizing drinks too! Their Strawberry Milkshake (Php 200) and Chocolate Milkshake (Php 200) are perfect for kids and kids at heart; while their Strawberry Mango Milkshake (Php 150), Frozen Iced Tea (Php 140), and Fabrika Sunset (Php 230) which is a mix of strawberry, banana, and pineapple are thirst quenchers that will absolutely give you an energy boost!
