For a coffee enthusiast like me, my day will not be complete without my caffeine fix.  May it be from Starbucks, CBTL, UCC or from just a convenience store, it doesn’t matter just as long as my thirst for caffeine will be satiated.

So the moment I received the Figure of Beans – Sagada Dark Roast Coffee, I was like a little girl who got the grandest gift ever.  I was so excited because it will be the first time that I will get to taste a locally made coffee.

Judging by the  neat packaging, you can very well assumed that the creators were not kidding when they said that it’s a high-grade type of coffee.  Also, they made sure that their product is simply unique by giving each of their coffee variants a distinct name.  So that their consumers won’t have to memorize any jargon or seemingly endless labels.

So glad that mine is Irony.  It’s a word I can definitely relate and most often used in my vocabulary.  It was so sweet of them to give me a sample that is relatively relatable by any individual.

But what makes it even sweeter is the sweet note included in the package.

Drinking coffee will never be as good as this.  I was excited more than ever.  So I went ahead and open it.  You can smell it’s sweet aroma the moment you pop it open.  It’s sweet-scented aroma filled my nose and I couldn’t be any happier.

Because of the smell, I had to frantically prepare my cup of coffee.  With my first sip, I couldn’t help but to think that local products like this could really compete out there in the market.  Even to the global market, I must say.  The taste of it is simply amazing.

If you will not be inform that it came from the Mountains of Cordillera, you will think that it might be imported.  Because of it’s great aroma and outstanding taste.

So if you’re tired of the overrated coffee shops out there, try something different like the Figures of Beans Coffee.  Trust me, you definitely won’t regret it.
