By choosing, you can have whatever Isla Sugbu Seafood City is offering – all fresh and some are even still alive. Aside from that, they also have mollusks, crustaceans, fish, shellfish, and seaweed. After choosing, you can ask for them to cook it however you want your chosen seafood to be cooked – fried, grilled, steamed, or even raw. You can decide or you can ask them or the chef to surprise you – everything is your call!

Of course, when your food has been cooked already, all you have to do is eat it and enjoy it – which won’t be a problem at all, that’s for sure. And lastly, as you are sure to enjoy every bit of your Isla Sugbu Seafood City experience; all that is left is for you to repeat – just like how we did!

With that, here are the dishes specially prepared for us that night by Isla Sugbu Seafood City:

First to be on our table is the dish called Salted Egg shrimps which was served with plump, fresh shrimps slathered with creamy salted egg sauce. If you are so in for that salted egg craze that has been happening then go have some of this because this one is such an innovation!

Next was the Black Pepper Crab which was sporting a mishmash of two lovely flavors – sweet and spicy. The crab was definitely fresh, combined with two of our favorite taste – this dish was the bomb!

Following that was the Scallop and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce. This one is of a lighter filling, but still delicious dish at that! With crispy veggies, succulent scallop meat, and flavorful sauce, Isla Sugbu Seafood City really knows what’s best.

After that was the Calamari which was more of a pica-pica, if you may. The squid has a crispy exterior and it was plump, itself, which goes really well with Isla Sugbu Seafood City’s yummy vinegar.

For a hearty bowl of tasty soup, Isla Sugbu City City prepared their Salmon Sinigang for us. The salmon was no doubt soft, plus the soup was surely lip-smacking good! Also, with some vegetables in it, this one was a healthy, hefty serving of a great dish.

And as if they knew we were in for more fish, they had Steamed Lapu-Lapu served on our table. It was certainly fresh from the sea, oozing with flavors we still dream about up to this day.

Additionally, they prepped more than just seafood as they gave us Grilled Pork Belly. Savory and sweet flavored, tender pork belly meat glazed with mouth-watering sauce? We have nothing more to say, but yes, please!

After that, we were invited to try their Paluto All You Can in which we did their Four Step Process: Choose, Cook, Eat, and Repeat.

Choosing was a fun and breezy experience to do as Isla Sugbu Seafood City had someone assisted us all throughout the process. We also had them surprise us with what kind of recipe our chosen seafood would be and with that we had Salted Egg Crab, Squid in Adobo Ink, Fried Octopus in Salt and Pepper, and Steamed Curacha in Soy Sauce.

Isla Sugbu Seafood City even added more on our table. They also had two different recipes of lobster, some seafood chips while we were waiting, and a delectable seaweed recipe prepared for us.

Everything was made fresh and just downright delicious that it was hard for us to stop from devouring everything they have to offer, but of course, just like all good things in life, we had to put an end to it… for now, that is.

Isla Sugbu Seafood City sure knows how to throw a wonderful event. While we were enjoying the delicious dishes they prepared for us, we were serenaded and entertained by a well-known band who already caught many hearts of the Filipinos, the Up Dharma Down. They made our dinner extra special by singing some their heart-pulling songs.
