Each Pork Machang (Php 150) is generously filled with premium ingredients and these ingredients are glutinous rice, pork belly, Chinese sausage, chestnut, dried shrimps, salted egg, all wrapped in bamboo leaves; while each Chicken Machang is all about glutinous rice, chicken thigh, Chinese sausage, mushroom, salted egg, and lotus seeds, all wrapped in bamboo leaves too.
