Brad & Pit’s Ribshack actually started in Marikina wherein locals are said to believe that food should not only be delicious, but also affordable, no doubt! At first, their offering were very limited – only including Cubano, Wings, and of course, Ribs – but sumptuous, nonetheless, until their big break came as Lilac St. in Marikina was being named as the next Maginhawa, which is a famous food strip in Diliman.

With an awesome concept and a warm welcome in Marikina, Brad & Pit’s Ribshack undoubtedly grew bigger as they were able to open another branch here in Kapitolyo back in 2016 which can house more hungry – and hangry – tummies that need more than just satisfaction.

We got to devour their Original Rib Mountain which is a serving of their tender ribs coated in their original BBQ sauce and their Dry Rub Rib Mountain which is a serving of their original BBQ sauce amped up with chili. Their Dry Rub Rib Mountain is something to definitely try as its unique lovely taste is lip-smacking good – thanks to cumin salt and mustard! 

Every year, Brad & Pit’s Ribshack develop new flavor for their customers to have a wonderful dining adventure with them. They already had Tropical Ribs and Oriental Ribs for the past years, so watch out as they are still to drop that tasty bomb of theirs these coming months for this year!

After stuffing yourself up with their ribs, do not hesitate to order up their wings as well because the only regret you will have is the regret of not actually ordering and having it! Deep fried and mouth-watering, Brad & Pit’s Ribshack’s Wings (6 pcs Php 225 | 12 pcs Php 400 | 20 pcs Php 645) are a must-try! It comes with two variants – Caribbean Wings which are their chicken wings coated in a tantalizing sweet glaze and Hot Caribbean Chick which is their Caribbean wings made hot and spicy!

For more hand-held, scrumptious treats, do not miss out on one of their legendary dishes which is their Cubano (Php 135). This one is grilled pork and sweet ham smothered in their original barbecue sauce, pressed between a crusty baguette.

As Brad & Pit’s Ribshack continues to grow even more, they also have some new additions to their already great menu offering! Their Crispy Pata (Price still yet to be announced) has all the qualities you love about crispy pata – the crunch, the tenderness, the juiciness, everything!

Another new release of theirs is a great, fun nomnom that would give you just the right kick of spice to tease your way into the zone of all things luscious and appetizing. Their Jalapeno Bites (Price still yet to be announced) are cutie balls made of potato, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno pepper that would give you that mild taste of spice you will love, for sure!

They are also bringing back their Onion Rings (Price still yet to be announced) which are made even better for their customers to really scream that big fat yes as if their hand are being asked for a lifetime commitment.

To balance all that savor and spice, top it all off with a rich dessert of theirs. Their Choco Lava Cake (Php 165) is simply irresistible as this one is a warm, moist chocolate cake with molten chocolate filling, topped with vanilla ice cream!

And if while you are munching on everything, you want to wash out some spice you can’t handle, have a glass or two of their yum yum yum Ice Cream Milkshakes which we got to have in Strawberry (Php 135) and Chocolate (Php 135).

Other than milkshakes, of course, a great pairing for ribs and wings, are some booze which Brad & Pit’s Ribshack are of course, also offering. The even have Happy Hour from Monday to Sunday, basically the whole week, 3PM to 9PM wherein you can have a beer for Php 34 and a beer bucket which includes six bottles for only Php 250 and enjoy 2 of your favorite Cocktail of theirs for the price of one.

Besides that, they also have a Power Hour from 6PM to 7PM wherein they offer different promos per day – one of which is Bottomless Wine – so be sure to check that one out as well!
