This one is a beautiful partnership between a hubby and a wifey. They actually started their food business in Merkato McKinley way back August 2018, but that didn’t work out for them as much as they expected it to, and so, with passion and motivation to make things work, they decided to open a physical restaurant last December 2018 which is poppin’ and boomin’; basically, just doing great.

Noychi Dimsum Express has such a humble beginning and you probably could say that they are still in the starting levels of their food adventure, but that doesn’t make their food quality less as this hubby and wifey are very hands on with their restaurant baby.

Having a well-thought of and thorough research and development before releasing a product, basing their servings from the appetite of the hubby (which is a lot, we are not even kidding nor exaggerating), plus having mentors, pullers who continuously teach them and their staff to give the best hand-pulled noodles recipe they could offer to their diners, Noychi Dimsum Express is gaining loyal customers each and every day.

Before delving deep into huge bowls of hand-pulled noodles, let us first check out and have a taste of their ala carte dishes that are already tasty and filling.

Kicking this Noychi Dimsum Express off, we are so not wrong by starting with their delectable Pork Kuchay Dumpling (Php 80) and their yummy Pork Dumpling (Php 95) which you can both get either boiled or fried.

Other meaty ala carte dishes that you could go for and are their bestsellers are their Pork Siomai (Php 60) which is of their own recipe, without fillers, and just pure meat, and their Spareribs Dimsum (Php 85) which will just have you reaching for more of it in each mouthful.

For more familiarity and comfort food, ready your tummies for their flavorful Chicken Feet (Php 70) and their Lumpiang Shanghai (Php 90) with sweet chili which is no surprise, a crowd favorite.

Next to that is their Lechon Kawali with Chowfan (Php 70) which surely is satisfying and scrumptious. No wonder this one is a bestseller of theirs as well.
And now, of course, as promised, we are not to leave Noychi Dimsum Express without getting to experience their highlight dish that is their hand-pulled noodles.

Their Beef Noodle Soup (Php 150) and their Wonton Noodle Soup (Php 130) are both easy to love, especially it is such a fun to watch your food being made in front of you.
Truly, Noychi Dimsum Express is such a wonderful dining experience to try and enjoy. They have got a tiny, cozy place for you to dine in, but if ever you catch yourself all tied up with them being full housed as they only have 10 seats, you can opt to get an order of their shanghai and dumplings frozen and ready to cook in the comfort of your home, which will automatically turn your frown into a smile.
