It has been a while since we got a fill on one of our go-to ramen places, but certainly, we are back—and we are back for more than we had before! Ukokkei Japan Ramen surely makes more than just a tasty ramen as their broth is actually cooked for hours. Through that technique, Ukokkei Japan Ramen is able to provide their diners a flavorful bowl of warmth and goodness like no other.
Undeniably, we have already tried a lot of their dishes from our previous visits to them, but of course, Ukokkei Japan Ramen definitely has added more delicious choices to their menu; so for today, we got some of our favorites and a few of their latest additions. To start, we had their Kani Salad (Php 170) which is actually a refreshing serving of leafy veggies, mango cubes, and of course kani.
Alongside their Kani Salad, we also made sure to snatch an order of their Gyoza (Php 180) as well as their Ebi Tempura (Php 210). As usual, these two side dishes hit the spot for us and made us even more excited to dig into our other orders, especially the mains.
Speaking of mains, we first devour a few of their rice dishes. We got a fill of their delicious and satisfying Pork Katsudon (Php 299); and we absolutely loved it; and so we decided to get its version that has a kick to it which is their Pork Katsu Curry Rice (Php 299). We also made sure to not miss out on their Beef Yakiniku Don (Php 250) since this one is actually one of our go-tos before.
After enjoying those three, we then moved on to the main event—their Ramens! Ukokkei Japan Ramen has honestly claimed a spot in our hearts because of their ramens so if you have been thinking of trying to dine with them, we suggest you go for these drool-worthy noodles of theirs.
For their ramens, we first took our time with their Shiro Ajitama Ramen (Php 239), Kuro Ajitama Ramen (Php 239), and Aka Ajitama Ramen (Php 239). These are made even more satisfying as each has a slice of pork loin, half egg, spring onion, and black fungus.
Next we had their Special Aka Ajitama as well as their Special Shiro Ajitama. These two come with a thicker slice of pork loin, so if you love a meatier play on your ramen, then we suggest you try these!
However, you should also know that ramen is not the only noodle option Ukokkei Japan Ramen has. They also have other noodle dishes that will absolutely have you swooning like their Spicy Tantanmen. This one is perfect for when you want something that really packs a punch in every mouthful.
Ukokkei Japan Ramen has so many delicious dishes that you really should be indulging in so make sure to check their menu out because we are certain that you would not want to miss out on their OmuRice as well as their Chicken Teriyaki. There really are so many reasons to love Ukokkei Japan Ramen so what else are you waiting for? Dine in at their Megamall branch.
