Stepping foot into Ibiza BGC and you’ll actually feel like you’re on a holiday — transported to a resort-like setting. The restaurant offers various spaces designed to fit every mood and feel. One of its outdoor sections is a sunken seating area complete with water surrounding tropical-inspired seats. Here, one can socialize, sip and enjoy nibbles amidst the cool, fresh air and glistening moonlight.
The stylized music sets the evening mood, making your wining and dining more fun and enjoyable. The other outdoor section features a jacuzzi with plush lounge seating. Everyone, from 18 years of age and above, who orders food and drinks is welcome to take a dip and use the shower room facilities. The cool water and fresh breeze are sure to lighten up your mood or soothe any weary soul.
The indoor Main Dining and Center Stage sections are the places to be in if you’re up for live entertainment and a show whilst leisurely dining. The glass-enclosed First Class section offers a more exclusive feel to your evening company, complemented with a spectacular view of landscaped greenery and the Manila Cityscape.
Ibiza BGC offers a great variety of cocktail drinks, wines, local and international beers, and even premium gin and single malt whisky. The signature drink, Ibiza Sour, is inspired by the tropical vibe. It is your ideal drink as you enjoy the fresh breeze and scenery in the outdoor areas of the dining outlet, or as you get into the mood of music and dance.
The mixologists refer to this drink as a twist of a whiskey mix, added with a splash of citrus and blended liquor to make it more light and sexy. A perfect complement to the Ibiza ambience, take it leisurely as you chill out and enjoy the party and the company of your buddies. For guests who crave for something to go with their drinks, there is a wide selection of comfort food, light bites and filling eats to choose from.
The ala-carte and Tapas menus feature house-prepared charcuterie, Bruschettas, Jamon Serrano, Gambas, imported cheeses, a selection of salads and starters, the Eivissa Paella, Seafood Marinara, premium steaks, the Manny O. Signature Wagyu Burger and more. There is also an all-you-can-eat Salad Bar for those who prefer fresh greens and healthier options.
But what really made a mark and a great impression for us during our recent visit would be their Paella Eivissa. It was one of the best Paella we have ever tasted. Don’t dare to missed this dish when hanging out at this cool beach club because if you do, you will really regret it.
