Why stop being in a special island when you can also have a special eat out that comes with it? There is no denying that Boracay really is considered as a special place in the hearts of many with its clear water, white sand beach, and just the fresh, invigorating lifestyle that it offers. With that, top off the Boracay experience with Crimson Boracay, specifically with their Latin American restaurant called Mosaic.

Start off a special dining experience with their Ceviche Nikkei (Php 700) which is a serving of scallops, ginger, banana mix of jap and Latin American spiced sim; and Tiradito Ahumado (Php 700) which is of smoked shrimp, lemon, and sweet potato. Their El Pulpo y el Molcajete (Php 375) is another great way to start since this one is a plate of char grilled octopus, cherry tomato, burnt bell pepper, and purple yam.

Moving onto their mains, there is nothing more special than a steaks and wine night and that is exactly what Mosaic by Crimson Boracay is all about! Their Bolzico Ribeye, 350g, Argentina (Php 2550) as well as their Ribeye Bone-In Tomahawk, 1.3-1.5kg*, USA (Php 8800) which comes with chimichurri, creollsa, peruvian sauce, and smoked dried ripe jalapeno are both just exquisite choices that anyone would be feeling extra to have!

As Mosaic is a perfect steak and wine spot for anyone, they also do offer some yummy cocktails to try like their Mosaic Margarita (Php 450) which is of Jose Cuervo Gold, triple sec, French pineapple, agave syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and black salt as well as their Yuzurita which actually is a special offering that is of mescal base cocktail with yuzu and apple juice and is a Mexican inspired drink.

Mosaic by Crimson Boracay is not only good with starters, mains, and cocktails, as they are also offering quite a few sweet kisses to end with like their Empanadas de Chocolate (Php 300) which is a serving of dark chocolate ganache, banana jelly, and banana chips.

Having a space that is perfect for intimate dates and such, Mosaic really sees to it that they use only the best products of the Philippines and put a fabulous Mexican, Argentinian, and Latin American twist to it!
