Instant Noodles Sopas Recipe

There is just no denying that instant noodles has been a huge part of Filipino households for years. This convenient food has been a go-to option when families need a quick, tasty, and budget-friendly meal to get by. Other times, it is also seen as a lovely bowl of a day starter or a nice bowl to warm you up during cold nights or rainy days. Regardless if you eat your instant noodles for sustenance or leisure, it is true that this food has been something that have met your needs and wants through and through.

As the instant noodles usually come in flavors such as beef and chicken, we thought of putting a twist on it and making it a bit more filling, hence our Instant Noodles Sopas. Sopas, much like Instant Noodles, is also perfect for cold times as its creamy and milky warm soup is just a delight to sip together with some veggies and meat in every mouthful. That being said, we opted to mix the two wonderful soup dishes to make one yummy dish that your family could enjoy altogether.

Our Instant Noodles Sopas recipe has everything you are looking for – soup, meat, veggies, and of course, pasta or noodles. Ingredients:
 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 onion, chopped
 1 stalk of celery, sliced
 ½ cabbage, sliced
 1 carrot, sliced
 4 hotdogs, sliced
 4 pack of noodles
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 370 ml evaporated milk

Directions:

Sear carrots into a pan with medium heat followed by the hotdogs.

Saute the chopped garlic. Then, add onion, followed by the hotdogs.

Add water and bring to a boil. Add the carrots into the mix, followed by the cabbage. Then add pepper, salt and add the noodles and mix everything.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the noodles is cooked then, add the seasoning that came with the instant noodles.

Add the evaporated milk followed by the celery. Mix everything thoroughly.

Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy! Garnish with egg on top (optional).
