The Chef and the Owner of Calle Nakpil made a menu that will absolutely cater to your palate that is craving for gourmet meals at home whether you have a special occasion coming up or maybe you just want to be extra on a regular day.
Their offering is a promise of different delicious experiences that ranges from appetizers like soup and salad, to delectable bowls and even roastings, and of course, to mains as well as slurptastic noodles and pastas. These meals are also reheat friendly, so you just have to pop those into your microwave oven, wait for just a few minutes and tadah (!), your drool-worthy dishes are ready to be eaten!
If it’s your first time to try Calle Nakpil or maybe you want to have some new favorites, their Signature Goto (Php 235) is a heaven in a bowl as this one is of Japanese rice special goto, soft boiled egg, fried pork belly and tofu, crispy wanton, onions, and pickled woodear mushroom. Its thick texture, alongside its soft and crunch are just the right play on the mouth.
Meanwhile, if you want an array of more flavors, their Spanish Porchetta (2kg Php 2285) that is good for 6 to 8 people is of rolled roasted pork belly, stuffed with caramelized onion and peppers, salsa verde dip, so your tastebuds won’t be the only ones to be pleasured as your sight and sense of scent will also be teased and tickled.
And of course, don’t you dare miss out on a few, if not all, of their crowd favorites like their Signature Chicken Inasal (Php 655) that is good for 6 to 8 people as this one is of Bacolod style chargrilled marinated chicken with java fried rice; as well as their Signature Pork Barbecue (Php 635) that is good for 6 to 8 people as this one is of chargrilled marinated pork skewers with pickled green papaya, and Julio’s barbecue sauce. These ones are do not have the word signature in the names for nothing, so if you have not sunk your teeth into these ones, then you definitely are in for luscious treat!
