We are not denying it. No need to push us for answers, because we are going to tell you — you can never match our love for seafod. Seafood really could just take our hearts away in a snap of a finger. Seafood is our weakness. These fresh yummies that are bounties of the sea is something that we think we could not live without. Often times we use it as a reward to ourselves for when we achieve something.
As we have survived and as we have tried our best to see the good in the past year, we opted to reward ourselves with seafood again from Kawali ni Mamu. Kawali ni Mamu is a taste of home where food is simply cooked yet made with love. They do not go for shortcuts as they aim to satisfy the most precious of audience every time. Their menu is filled with a lot of dishes starring pork, beef, veggies, and yes, seafood.

And because we went for Kawali ni Mamu for their seafood, we decided to have three dishes from that selection — Baked Mussels, Seafood Paella, and Seafood Feast. These three were absolutely exceptional as it also made us feel like we were in one of our beach trips.
Their Baked Mussels (500grams Php 550) were absolutely amazing. We loved the flavors, the spices, and the cheesiness that it has. The mussels were fresh and it went well with both our rice and drinks.

Next we had their Seafood Paella that is available in Group (4 servings Php 1100) and in Fiesta (6 servings Php 1450). With a bed of rice underneath an abundance of shrimp, baked mussels, and squid, this heavy dish is tuly fulfilling. Every mouthful is absolutely a delicious party!
Last, but definitely not the least is their Seafood Feast (Php 1300) that is good for 5 to 6 people. Packed with 600 grams of crabs, 750 grams of mussels, 500 grams of shrimp, made even more flavorful with choices of cajun spice, salted egg, or Singaporean black pepper sauce; indeed this one has the right to be called what it is — a feast.
As we have mentioned, Kawali ni Mamu has so many selections for you to choose from in which a variance of dishes are included. Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed by the deliciousness that awaits you, because it is already just waiting for you.
