Are you ready to experience the fun of a Filipino feast? Of course, as Filipinos, we are born ready – especially when it comes to food, right?! Kuxina @ Pallet is one of the newest branches of Kuxina Filipino Fusion which is offering just the perf mix of traditional taste and modern Filipino flavor! Set to define the traditional and redefine the unconventional culinary identity of the Philippines, Kuxina @ Pallet surely is hooking hearts by offering something new yet something familiar to the palates of the Filipinos and of course, the tourists, too, making catching up to the dynamic of Pinoy culture possible.

Kicking this Filipino feast with Kuxina @ Pallet off, their boozepetizers are the perf way to start, especially if you already got a drink on one of your hands. Their Sisig Rolls (Php 100) is actually inspired from the savory rolls that are famously eaten during the Spring Festival in China, however, to put a Pinoy twist into it, Kuxina @ Pallet serves it filled with Kapampangan Sisig Pork.

Another munchies to get your hands on here at Kuxina @ Pallet is their Eskinita Platter (Php 60) which is of mini kaldero loaded with different street food famous here in the Philippines, namely kikiam, fishball, and chickenball. Dip each of it into the special sweet sauce or maybe into the vinegar that comes with it and you sure will be able to enjoy more flavor.

As Kuxina @ Pallet is actually a franchise of Kuxina Filipino Fusion, they wanted to be able to offer something that diners would be able to get only from them and that is their oh-so-yummy creation called Tapadynamite (6 pieces Php 200). Using the same tapa recipe to make Kuxina Filipino Fusion’s Tapa Leng, Kuxina @ Pallet have come up with this amazing of a dish that is filled with not only tapa, but also of cheese.

After having a few of Kuxina @ Pallet’s boozepetizers, don’t hesitate in jumping into their heavier options that are served with rice alongside soup, like their Crispy Kare-Kare (Php 170) which Kuxina creates their own version of creamier sauce and crisp slices of deep-fried pork belly with a tasty shrimp paste, making it an all-time Pinoy fave!

Mentioning Tapa Leng (Php 160), of course we are not going to skip on that one as thi is a scrumptious bestseller of Kuxina itself, all thanks to its unique fusion of Japanese beef sukiyaki as well as Filipino cured tapa that is made even more flavorful with spices.

Speaking of flavorful, their Flavored Tadyang (Php 170) is a dish that is just so hard to beat. This oh-so-tender and oh-so-saucy serving of short beef ribs topped on a hearty serving of rice is such a savory adventure for the palate and you really should not miss out on devouring this one here at Kuxina @ Pallet.

Last, but def not the least, Kuxina @ Pallet may be starting a little later in the day, but it still is not too late for something that would remind their diners of a wonderful day ahead – and that is their Daing Ala Cubana (Php 160). This mix of Filipino and Cuban flavors of a meal consists of delicious sun-baked milkfish, sweet fried bananas, eggs, rice, tomatoes, and of course, garnished with onions.
Kuxina @ Pallet may still be new, but they have a lot of yummies to offer, so you better grab their loyalty card which will give you the benefit of availing an eskinita platter on your fifth purchase, sisig roll on your eighth purchase, and a free rice meal on your tenth purchase – be quick and get this card now and make the best out of it until the 30th of June this 2020.
