From party life to a serene environment, Boracay has always been so good. White sand, blue waters, lovely weather, and of course, dining options! Being in Boracay in a rather gloomy weather does not make its beauty falter; in fact, people still get to enjoy every moment they get to spend in it. Plus, the island is filled with different hotels and resorts, big and small – one of which is Crimson Boracay which is really is such a beautiful resort to stay at. The amenities are spectacular and their restaurants are definitely top notch!
Speaking of Crimson Boracay’s restaurants, their Azure Beach Club is the perfect spot for when people want to be able to take a dip as they have an al fresco that will make anyone feel like it is summer all year long. Azure Beach Club also is the place to be in if diners are seafood fans as this restaurant of Crimson Boracay is the one serving fresh seafood in the resort. Diners could even decide how they want their food cooked and seasoned, just request it to the chef.









For a feast of seafood like no other, Azure Beach Club of Crimson Boracay has Chilled Seafood Platter on Ice (Php 2280) which is of crab, oyster, clam, prawn, and scallop, and comes with spicy vinegar as well as Japanese mayonnaise for dip, plus lemon. Meanwhile, for a more punch of flavor, their Seafood Tandoori Platter is another platter of seafood that is served with kachumber salad, naan bread, and mint chutney. Another seafood platter that diners could devour is none other than their ½ or Dozen Oyster which they can get in either Baked or Fresh.


Other than platters, of course, Axure Beach Club of Crimson Boracay also has some oh-so-delectable mains like their Red Grouper (100g Php 375) which diners have the option for it to be cooked steamed, wok fried, or grilled. This one is Steamed with Ginger Soy.


Following is a refreshing and tasty bowl of hearty soup called Lemongrass & Ginger Steamed Clams (Php 900). No doubt, this one is an easy to love dish as it is something familiar yet unique to the palate. Plus, this one is undeniably perfect with rice!






Giving this savory seafood feast a rather sweet finale, do check out the dessert section of Azure Beach Club of Crimson Boracay as they have a platter of Tropical Fruits which is of watermelon, pineapple, papaya, and mango; Azure Passion (Php 350) which is a plate of chocolate tart, passion fruit curd, and pumpkin seed praloine; as well as Mangganda which is a delightful and cold dessert as this one is of mango, mango puree, whipped cream, and ice cream!






However, that’s really not the way to end it with Azure Beach Club of Crimson Boracay, though, because they have a bunch of drinks for their diners to have more fun with, too, like their Bluepea Martini (Php 550) which is of Sirena gin, lemon, triple sec, and bluepea; their Puti (Php 620) which is of tequila, calamansi, and guyabano; their Naked Rock (Php 410) which is of rum, Malibu, blue curacao, lime, and passion fruit; their Dalampasigan (Php 410) which is of Sirena gin, pineapple, mango, and calamnsi; as well as their Basil Calamansi Mojito which is basically a mojito with a Filipino twist!

Aside from all of these, Azure Beach Club of Crimson Boracay also often updates their menu as they introduce new dishes for their diners to enjoy, just like this Garlic Cheese Naan. This is a lovely starter that would tease the tastebuds as well as leave their diner wanting for more.
