Living up to its name, Relish Luxe Café invites you to delight in a blissful meal with them

Being Citadines Hotel’s only restaurant in Ortigas, Relish Luxe Café will make you feel luxurious with its interiors all sleek, elegant, and chic. Having glass walls to showcase how lavishly beautiful it looks inside, this café truly is a headturner as people keep widening their eyes and dropping their jaws every time they get to see and pass by near the area.

Despite opening just this last June, Relish Luxe Café is definitely proud of their wide food and drinks offering that can satisfy the cravings of their diners. As that is the case, of course, we are up to see and taste what all the buzz is about and we are sure you are, too, so just sit back, continue reading, and be sure to check if you are already drooling from time to time.

Starting this one with the big guns, Relish Luxe Café served us the Crispy Pata (Php 750) that is deep fried pork leg simmered in spices so its flavors are surely seeping into the meat and the skin really gave us that crispy fun texture we have always enjoyed.

Following that with another tasty, meaty dish which is their Crispy Pork Binagoongan (Php 425) that are tender pork chunks with crackling, tossed in a house recipe bagoong sauce. We totally loved the taste of this dish especially their bagoong is truly a wonder for our taste buds.

As we have taken pleasure in the taste of their bagoong, here is another dish that comes with that, their Kare Kare (Php 425) which is a traditional Filipino stew complimented with thick peanut sauce is already great even without their heavenly bagoong, but there is nothing wrong with enjoying it with that as well, right?

Being meat lovers we just could not help ourselves from devouring another meat dish from Relish Luxe Café, so here is their Lechon Kawali (Php 425) which is chopped deep fried pork belly that has made us reach for more rice than we planned to have.

Of course, this would not be a Filipino meal time without some pancit and soup, don’t you agree? Well, that is not a problem, really, because what we had next is their Pancit Molo (Php 295)  which is of Filipino wonton soup with dumplings – no doubt a warm, hearty dish we really appreciated.

After all that, you would probably think we would have a single dessert to end this lovely meal with Relish Luxe Café; oh, but, darling, that is where you are wrong. We didn’t just have one, but two desserts to satisfy our sweet tooth!

Their Special Relish Delight (Php 225) is such a heavenly coco pandan cream concoction. It is such a delectable marriage between buko pandan and buko ice cream!

While their Molten Lava Cake (Php 250) is a blissful treat of hot and cold that is of moist chocolate cake topped with chocolate mint ice cream.

Eating all those flavorful dishes almost made us bloated, making us want to crawl into our beds, so we had some of their Brewed Coffee (Php 115) to keep our eyes awake as we still have a long day to go that is to be filled with fun food adventures.

However, if you are more of a tea person like me, don’t worry they have different tea variants you can choose from as well, or you can avail their Afternoon Tea for Two (Php 425) in which you can take pleasure in dips sampler, tea sandwiches (chicken waldorf and tuna), and cake bites on a three-tierred tray with your choice of tea – this one made me feel like I was down the rabbit hole with Alice.

Relish Luxe Café may have just started early this year, but they sure have a lot to offer as they are not only offering Filipino dishes, but they are also serving different food that are of International cuisine, so next time you are near the area, be sure to check them out as they promise you will really love your dining experience with them!
