CRU Steakhouse offers a special Valentine’s shortened menu highlighting their new offers and best-sellers. Book a seat and the staff will direct you to your sanitized table with your own set of cutleries to begin your safe and personalized dining experience. Start off with Sautéed Goose Liver or Seared Scallops—both of which are newly added in the menu, CRU’s signature Caesar Salad, Wild Mushroom Soup, choices of U.S. Certified Angus premium steak cuts, Cape Grim Tasmania (grass-fed) steak, Australian Mulwarra Wagyu Rib eye MBS+9, Cast Iron Specials such as Grilled Salmon and Yellow Fin Tuna along with CRU’s vegetable side dishes, steak rice, and sauces. You can also enjoy Contemporary CRU Plates such as Surf and Turf, a combination of Grilled Australian Cape Grim Beef Tenderloin and Jumbo Asian Tiger Prawn or Line Caught, Pan Roasted Barramundi with cauliflower and pine nut pilaf, grilled romaine, and lobster-butter emulsion. End the night with Honey My Love, a dessert made of vegan white chocolate semifreddo, Palawan Honey pockets, vegan chocolate honey comb, pecan crumble, and compressed strawberry. Romantic Take Home Dinner for Two

Still not confident to go out? Bring the romantic dining experience at the comforts of your home. For the whole month of February, CRU Steakhouse offers a Romantic Take Home Set for two. Dress up and set up a fancy table for two by your backyard or stay cozy in your pajamas while watching your favorite Netflix series—whatever your style is and however you want to celebrate, CRU can make your Valentine’s memorable. The Take Home Menu includes CRU’s Spicy Seafood Gumbo Soup, U.S. Certified Angus Beef Center Cut Tenderloin (500 grams) with Truffle Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Organic Vegetables as sides and Black Peppercorn Sauce, a Love Dessert, and one bottle of Sparkling Wine for P 5,800 nett.   

Set Menu with Unlimited Oysters

There’s nothing like a special dinner with a lovely ambience to bring back some old fashioned romance after being distanced for quite a while. Marriott Café offers an elevated four-course couple set menu with unlimited French Legris Oysters to indulge on served with a glass of Rothbury Estate Shiraz Cabernet or Chardonnay or Elysee Bru sparkling wine. For the whole month of February, Marriott Café Bakery offers Valentine Whole Cakes for P950 nett available in Strawberry Strawberry Fields (6-inch round cake) made of pistachio streusel, pistachio sponge, strawberry confit, strawberry meringue mousse, and red glaze, Chocolate Red (6-inch round cake) made of chocolate dacquoise, cherry compote, cocoa almond sable, dark chocolate mousse, and chocolate glaze, and Strawberry Tart (6-inch heart-shaped cake) made of red vanilla sable tart, raspberry jam, vanilla sponge, light cremyvit, and fresh strawberry. There are also mini cakes for P225 nett such as White Hearts made of moist almond cake, raspberry compote, chocolate raspberry star-anise cremeux, light chocolate mousse, and white chocolate glaze, Juliet made of flourless, chocolate sponge, vanilla cremeux, chocolate bavaroise, and caramel chocolate glaze, and White and Black made of white chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate sponge, Maracaibo cremeux, and crunchy base.

Chocolates are also available and makes everything sweeter. Marriott Café Bakery’s handmade treats comes in Valentine’s Chocolate Pralines in box of nine for P600 nett that includes their signature Belgian chocolates, Moulded Chocolate Heart with Romantic Chocolates, nine pieces for P500 nett includes red heart filled with strawberry ganache and coated with white chocolate, dark heart filled with dulce de leche ganache and coated with dark chocolate, milk chocolate heart filled with crispy praline, and coated with milk chocolate, Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bar (120 grams) for P400 nett made of white chocolate couverture with mixed nuts and dried fruits, and Heart Chocolate Mendiants, six pieces for P350 nett made of milk Chocolate with nuts and dried fruits.
