We recently had our first road trip for 2023 and let us tell you, it was surely a delight! Pampanga has been on our list for the longest time so we are just glad to have finally visited it this year! Pampanga, after all, is known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines, so you could bet we made sure to treat ourselves to a lot of delicious dishes while we were there.
Speaking of treating ourselves, we found ourselves pampering our taste buds at Best Western Plus Metro Clark’s Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant for dinner; and spoiler alert: We had a wonderful time! Believe it or not, Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant has only been recently opened but a lot of people are already very much in love with them. We mean, who wouldn’t? The staff is welcoming and accommodating, the place is elegant and comfortable, and the food is just hands down exquisite and delicious!
Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant boasts a modern and sophisticated ambience which is just the perfect setting to hold intimate, elegant, serene social gatherings, and even business meetings. That’s right, this place is great to catch up with your friends and family, and of course, have a good time with your colleagues outside work too.
On top of that, Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant is known for their wide array of classic Cantonese and fresh seafood dishes prepared with utmost care and attention to detail by a team of dedicated crew that is spearheaded by an amazing Hong Kong seasoned chef, Chef Chi Man Alex Kong.
All this being said, Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant promises their guests not only a unique and traditional Hong Kong seafood feast, but also a deliciously memorable one by using only the freshest ingredients. Impressive, right?
To start, we were first delighted by their Ham Sui Gok (Php 168) which is a tasty fried glutinous rice dumpling that took us on a crispy, chewy, juicy, and savory journey. Then we moved onto their Beancurd Seafood Soup (Small Php 448 | Medium Php 668 | Large Php 888) which is honestly an easy favorite as every sip was flavorful and absolutely comforting. We do love a delicious and filling soup, after all!
As we really enjoyed the succulent shrimps in the Beancurd Seafood Soup, we decided to go for their Steamed Prawns with Garlic (Small Php 688 | Medium Php 1028 | Large Php 1368) next. We loved how garlicky this one really was; and so we followed that one with yet another one of their seafood bestsellers: their Deep Fried Taro Scallop Pie (Small Php 988 | Medium Php 1478 | Large Php 1968). Absolutely yummy! Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant really knows their way around seafood!
Of course, Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant is not only good with seafood too, and this they proved to us by serving us their Eggplant with Minced Pork in Hotpot (Small Php 368 | Medium Php 548 | Large Php 728) as well as their Mini T-Bone with Mushroom in Red Wine Sauce (Small Php 828 | Medium Php 1238 | Large Php 1648). These were hands down luscious dishes that undeniably goes really well with their Dried Scallop Egg White Fried Rice (Small Php 428 | Medium Php 638 | Large Php 848). Everything was just so good at this point that we could not stop ourselves from going for another round, to be frank.
Once we were done devouring all those savory dishes prepared by Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant, we then enjoyed our time with their lovely and delectable Snow Ball with Mango (Php 118). Indeed, this was a nice sweet ender to this savory feast.
