Amare La Cucina already has a wonderful menu offering, but that is not stopping them from offering far greater additions that would make your dining experience with them even more exquisite than it already is.
The Raclette Dip is a delicious, elating way to start as this one is a serving of thin, crispy bread sticks made from their pizza dough; so are the Wood Fired Sausage and the Baked Broccoli which both are presented adorably and taste yummy.
Other veggie appetizers are the Baked Mushroom which is such an easy fave as this one really highlights the mushrooms that are succulent and tasty, and the Marianne’s Special which is a vegetable salad with arugula leaves, caramelized walnuts, and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with special dressing.
For some appetizer that is of finger food, the Truffle Fries is a hefty delightful serving of soft, crisp fries that has just the right delectable truffle flavor, and the Mozza Sticks is a dish that is of crunchy chewy sticks filled with mozzarella cheese that is oozing of cheese pull and served with garlic yogurt and marinara sauce.
Moving onto some of Amare La Cucina’s flavor-filled, filling dishes, the Chicken Skewers and the Wood Fired Ribs with Orzo Pasta are just both big plates of tender, scrumptious meat as the chicken is easy to chew, while the ribs are saucy and lovely. With that, the orzo pasta was also undeniably interesting as this one is of sumptuous rice-shaped pasta!
With a taste of pasta comes a craving for more, so do not worry as Amare La Cucina has a lot of pasta dishes that are all worth the try just like the Pesto Alla Genovese which is with homemade basil pesto sauce with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano, the Al Arrabiata is specially splendid as it is with spicy tomato sauce with bacon, garlic, parsley, and parmigiano reggiano, and the Truffle Pasta surely is a wonderful pasta dish that the palate will no doubt take pleasure in.
Now, onto the star of Amare La Cucina, their wood fire brick oven pizza variants. I got the chance to actually make one and that was the 6 -Cheese Pizza. Kneading and tossing the pizza dough definitely was a fun experience I would be glad to do again and slathering the sauce and topping it with raclette, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, gorgonzola, and cold cheese, and putting it into the brick oven was truly amazing, making the pizza dish even extra delightful.
Another cheesy pizza dish is the Gorgonzola Pizza which is best eaten by drizzling honey onto it and munching it with some aromatic arugula. No doubt a delight to the palate, much like the Pinoy Boy Pizza which is such a favorite as this one has Italian sausage, mozzarella, cheddar, mushroom, pepperoni, extra virgin olive oil, a dash of oregano, and garlic.
Having savory pizza dishes might just make you want either for more pizza or something sweet. Do not fret, though, because Amare La Cucina has the perfect solution to that dilemma of yours and that is the Nutella Pizza which obviously is a pizza as well, but with a spread of Nutella chocolate, topped with caramelized walnuts and vanilla ice cream! It is so hard to get over this one and you are far from being at fault to that.
And for when you have had a long day, Amare La Cucina has some tempting, great-tasting cocktails that are worth every sip, such as the Vodka Tonic, Mojito, Mojito Blueberry, Cuba Libre, Screwdriver Kiwi Daquiri, and Blue Lagoon which will all give you that much needed break from stress.
