Gingerbread has been part of the Yuletide tradition with its long history of variations. In Marriott Café Bakery, this popular spiced biscuit comes in the flavors classic and red velvet 60-gram Gingerbread Man (Php 65) and 715-gram Gingerbread Chalet (Php 780) hand-decorated with colored icing. Another variety of this Western treat takes inspiration from the Philippines, the 70-gram Gingerbread Carabao (Php 75) which is a hand glazed cookie with Belgian nutty dark chocolate. Indulge with a slice of the Yule log cake, whether it’s the Matcha Logcake (Php 850) with rich matcha mousseline, Strawberry Yule Log (Php 850) filled with strawberry Chantilly and coulis, or the Chocolate Buche de Noel (Php 850) with caramelized hazelnut that are all equally decadent. But if you’re longing for a taste of home, a Maracaibo Christmas Garden (Php 850) with Maracaibo chocolate diplomat cream, a dense and sweet Stollen Bread (Php 500), Dark Fruitcake (Php 550) loaded with mixed nuts, glazed fruits, and spices, Dundee Fruitcake (Php 400) or the Banana Loaf with Walnuts (Php 300) is the best dessert to end a Christmas dinner with your family.
The assortment of goodies doesn’t end there. The Holiday Room Package starts at Php 15,000++ for a premium room accommodation and Php 18,000++ for a premium balcony with executive lounge access. Both packages is inclusive of Php 3,000 F&B credits per day of stay and may be used in any Marriott Manila F&B outlet and a Php 1,000 Christmas Train credits per day of stay, valid from December 1 to 31, 2018.
