Other than that though, this special treat will also satisfy your craving for something sweet and cold just like our Melon Sago’t Gulaman and Mango Sago’t Gulaman. That’s right, we got another one of those for you and this time, it’s chocolate! Feeling excited? Well, you really should be!

Milo is such a delectable chocolate drink we have always loved having since we were kids. We love drinking it, munching on it, and even making a sandwich out of it. Indeed, it is a breakfast and snack staple that we have always reached for so to make something extra out of it now that we are adults brings us so much joy.

That said, let’s stop the chit-chat, and let us introduce to you our Milo Jelly Sago. Mainly made with gelatin, sago, cream, and of course milo, this lovely goodie is a milky and creamy dream that we sure went for more than seconds, if we are totally being frank about it. This is just incredibly irresistible and we are so happy we tried this out!

On top of it being a joyful treat to have, our Milo Jelly Sago is an easy-peasy recipe to do as well. Basically, all we did was combine the ingredients in a bowl, chill it in the fridge for some time, and then transfer it to glasses so we could conveniently delight it in. Every spoonful is such a delight to have, we are telling you!

Ingredients for Milo Gelatin:
 50 g unflavored gulaman powder
 1 liter water
 ½ cup Milo powder
 ¼ cup white sugar
 250 ml all-purpose cream
Ingredients for Milo Cream:
 300 ml condensed milk
 ½ cup Milo powder
 1 ½ cups white sago

Directions:

In a pan, add water and gelatin powder. Stir.

Add Milo powder. Stir continuously.

Add sugar. Stir until it boils.

Once it boils and completely dissolves, remove from heat.

Pour Milo gelatin mixture into a baking dish. Let it set for a while.

Once it sets, slice Milo gelatin into cubes. Set aside.

In a big bowl, pour all-purpose cream, then add condensed milk and Milo powder. Mix well.

Add cooked sago pearls. Mix again.

Add Milo gulaman cubes. Mix again.

Cover with a cling wrap and then let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Once chilled, transfer to smaller bowls or glasses. Serve and enjoy!
