“Dessert on a dessert”
For a sweet tooth like me, this would definitely be the place to be.
Mio Gelati was founded by a young individual; Celina Nolasco who, has a passion for desserts and sweets. Mio Gelati comes from the Italian phrase, which means “My Gelato”.
Last November 10, Mio Gelati’s first branch was opened at Vertis North, Ayala Mall. Celina shared that she originally thought of putting up an ice cream business but ended up with a gelato business. She did practically everything, from experimenting with flavors, mixing them and tasting all of it.
Gelato Shakes are also offered at this branch, as you know Mio Gelati can also be seen at Midnight Mercato weekend markets wherein they only offer their usual gelati.

They make sure that everything they serve is fresh every day. Their cream-based gelato has natural ingredients, which came from Italy, while the fruit-based is made with real fresh fruits.
Friends from the media and some bloggers were invited on the said launch and everyone had a great time.
Mio Gelati even held a mini contest during that launch. They picked some winners from the audience who was able to nicely color their give away shirts.
