 652 g corned beef
 250 g corn, sliced
 50 g cabbage, sliced
 12 g green beans, sliced
 36 g potatoes, medium sliced
 6 g ginger, sliced
 5 g onion, sliced
 6 cloves of garlic, minced
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 4 cups water

Directions:

Saute' ginger, garlic and onion. Add corned beef, potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add water and corn. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add fish sauce and bring to a boil.

Add green bean and cabbage. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes or until veggies are cooked.

Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
