Their simple, but wow interiors really is a plus, but what really will get people talking about En Tirage is none other than their awesome food and drinks offering!
For three years En Tirage has been giving diners what they want and what they never thought they needed in their lives, and for that they have been easily loved, giving them loyal, returning customers from time to time.
Anyone who is a fan of pizza will absolutely have a great time with En Tirage as their pizzas really are splendid especially their Five Cheese Pizza (Php 470) which is an aromatic medley of mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, al vino, and feta cheese sprinkled with shiitake as well as their Supremo All Meat Pizza (Php 565) which has generous toppings of bacon, sausage, chorizo, ground beef, and bleu cheese on a beer batter crust.
Following those two yummies, their appetizers will treat the palate even more. Start with their Chi-Flo (Php 180) which is bite-sized deep fried chicharon bulaklak; Truffle-Paprika Fries (Php 195) which is of freshly cured French fries drizzled in truffle oil and topped with Spanish paprika; and Entirage Buffalo Wings with Bleu Cheese dip which will make anybody go handsy.
More indulgent appetizers by En Tirage are their Beef Salpicao (Php 390) which is a tasty serving of local and organic beef tenderloin cubes sautéed in garlic, button mushrooms, and olive oil; as well as Nachos and Cheese-Meat Overload Dip (Php 305) which is a crowd fave being it is of nachos served in cheese dip cream sauce with chorizo, beef, olives, jalapeno, cheddar, and mozzarella!
Moving onto their main courses, En Tirage has some Ponoy faves as well as some International ones. Their Crispy Pork Knuckles (Php 710) which is a serving of tender but crispy fried pork knuckles served with mixed soy dip; their Pollo Frito (Php 275) which is of succulent brined and deep fried half chicken with romesco sauce and potato wedges, served with catsup and romesco sauce dips; and their Sizzling Sisig (Php 265) which is of chopped pork face and jowl topped with egg, entirage chicken liver sauce and bone marrow, plus a secret ingredient are all so yum that diners would so regret their lives if they don’t get a taste of these! You could also enjoy their Crispy Pork Knuckles with their very own Spiced Gourmet Vinegar which they pack using recycled bottles for only Php 150 each.
En Tirage is not only for diners, though, because they sure are for drinkers, too, as they have their own craft cocktails that will make any meal time exquisite. Their Mesmerizing Max (Php 150) is a wonderful concoction of raspberry and chamomile with vodka while their Sangria (Sangria Blanco isa) (Glass Php 180 | Carafe Php 670) comes in two options – red wine and white wine!
