Before anything else, Ukokkei Ramen has some greens to either start with or stuff yourself with if that is your choice of meal. The Kani Salad (Php 160) is a filling bowl of their bestseller salad that has greens, crab sticks, mangoes, and more, alongside a serving of sesame dressing.

Another rice bowl that would be a reason to dine here again is the Beef Yakiniku Don (Php 240) which comes with a hearty bowl of rice topped with some delicious, easy-to-chew beef barbecue.

And of course, it is not a true Ukokkei ramen dining experience without gobbling down some ramen noodle dishes, right?

With that, the Shiro Ramen (Php 190) is a pork based broth that is cooked for fifteen hours, bringing out the rich flavors; especially this one has one piece pork belly, spring onion, black fungus, and seaweed.
