Don’t you just adore meshing two great things together and making something wonderful out of it? Honestly, that is what we love about fusion food—we get the best of both worlds!

Panco Cafe is the newest cafe in the block! They are a Melbourne-inspired cafe bringing their diners not only aromatic Australian coffee, but also delicious Filipino fusion food. On top of their luscious selection of drinks and dishes, you are going to fall in love with Panco Cafe even more if you are one for a clean, relaxing aesthetic.

With a spacious setting adorned with solid, bold colors alongside neutral accents, Panco Cafe will have you sitting and enjoying their company for hours! Going back to their food, you can have Panco Cafe’s mains in either of the two styles they are offering—Melbourne Style which comes with pandesal sandwich, root crop chips, and pickled atsara; and Manila Style which comes with rice, house side, and pickled salad.

That said, we had their Breakfast Brisket which is a plate of cured beef brisket, eggs, and tomatoes; as well as their Lechon Kawali which is actually their latest addition in their menu in Manila Style. Meanwhile, for their Spicy Gambas, which is shrimp in sambal sauce and garlic, we had that in Melbourne Style.

Truly, we enjoyed these mains so much, and so we decided to try out a few of Panco Cafe’s sweet treats too. As expected, having their Turon ala Mode and their Panco’s Kakanin was a delight as our sweet tooth was more than just filled!

Since Panco Cafe is a cafe, we made sure to grab their drinks as well. Their Tiramisu Latte was a delectable glass of espresso, fresh milk, and tiramisu cream; while their Ube Pinipig was a delightful glass of ube halaya, pinipig, amd fresh milk. Obviously, these two were a splendid way to cap off our meal with Panco Cafe.

Panco Cafe sure impressed us with everything they had. No wonder they have been making a lot of noise and garnering a lot of attention. We mean, who wouldn’t love Panco Cafe? They have flavorful and filling food, delicious drinks, and a wonderful ambiance! Know more about Panco Cafe by visiting their Facebook and Instagram.
