Filipino-style Spaghetti is an adaptation of the well-loved Italian Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. It has a distinctively sweet sauce as its tomato sauce is usually mixed with brown sugar or banana ketchup. Besides that, Filipino Style Spaghetti is often times topped with sliced hotdogs or smoked longganisa, alongside some grated cheese making it more flavorful and richer than it already is.

Truly, Filipino-style Spaghetti is a household dish as kids easily fall in love with these dish, not only because of its taste, but also because it is fun to eat. Certainly, eating Filipino Style Spaghetti makes everyone feel jolly and even more connected with their loved ones.

Ingredients:
 1 kg spaghetti noodles, cooked
 1 kg ground beef
 1000 g tomato sauce
 1 whole onion minced
 7 cloves of garlic, minced
 ½ tbsp pepper
 1 1/2 tbsp of salt
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 230 g sliced mushroom
 6 pieces of hotdogs, sliced
 3 tbsp tomato paste
 500 g condensed milk
 1 tbsp vinegar
 parsley (optional), sliced
 165 g cheese, grated

Directions:

Saute' garlic in cooking oil. Add onion, followed by ground beef.

Add salt, ground pepper and mix well. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Add oyster sauce, mushrooms, hotdogs, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Mix well.

Add condensed milk and vinegar. Mix well and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Add grated cheese and mix well.

Serve the noodles in a plate followed by the sauce. Add grated cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
