Ingredients:
 1 kg pork
 2 potatoes, medium sliced
 1 red bellpepper, sliced
 1 green bellpepper, sliced
 2 tomatoes, sliced
 225 g guisantes
 1 whole garlic, minced
 1 whole onion, sliced
 3 tbsp fish sauce
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 ½ tbsp ground black pepper
 1 tbsp salt
 4 laurel leaves
 250 g tomato sauce
 2 cups water
 225 g green peas

Directions:

Sear potatoes, red bellpepper and green bellpepper, then set aside.

Saute' garlic, onion, tomatoes and pork. Mix well.

Add soysauce, laurel leaves and ground black pepper. Then, add water.

Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the pork is tender.

Add brown sugar, fish sauce and tomato sauce. Let it simmer again for 10-15 minutes.

Add grean peas, potatoes, red and green bellpper. Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
