Heirloom recipes are said to be the jewels of the kitchen and Project Kitchen is lucky enough to have gotten their hands on their family’s stained recipe book filled with their grandparents’ annotations. From their recipe book, they have recreated their favorite dishes as the dishes have been a staple on their many special family dinners.
As they are now sharing to you their comfort food alongside the nostalgia of family gatherings around the dinner table, it is also their goal to bring families back to eating altogether while conversing and building new memories. This they hope to accomplish as they give your home their own tasty treats.
Starting with their crowd favorite, the Baby Back Ribs (Half Slab 500g Php 599 | Full Slab 1kg Php 1099). Comes with fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, corn, and their signature sauce, you will surely have a great time with this meaty, tender, juicy dish that is tangy, sweet, with a bit of spice.
From savory, jump onto something leaning more on the sweet side. First up is their famous Upside Down Banana Cake (8″ loaf cake Php 400). Baked on top of caramel sauce and fresh bananas, this one is still actually a beaut from whichever side you choose to dig into as it is also generously filled and topped with cashews, almonds, and chocolate chips!

Next to that is their must-try Lala’s Chocolate Cake (8″ round cake Php 950 | 8″ loaf cake Php 450). Moist, fudgy chocolate cake, drenched in gooey chocolate ganache, and filled with luscious custard and crunchy chopped almonds, this one is actually a recipe that has been in the family for almost four decades. Truly magical in every bite!
Other than these mouthwatering yummies, Project Kitchen has other dishes like pasta and more sweets for you to delight in. Snatch it all up by sending them a message on their Facebook and Instagram Pages.
