How to cook Adobong Pusit

 1 kg squid
 1 whole garlic, minced
 2 onions, minced
 3 tomatoes, sliced
 1 scallion stalk, sliced
 ½ tsp ground black pepper
 1 tbsp salt
 3 green chillies
 3 red chillies
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 2 tbsp fish sauce (optional condiment)
 5 tbsp vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 3 tbsp oyster sauce
 3 laurel leaves

On a medium heat pan, saute' garlic then add onions. While mixing, add tomatoes, squid. laurel leaves, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground black pepper.


Then, add water and bring to a boil after mixing everything well.


Add red and green chilies and then add vinegar. Then. add brown sugar and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.


Finally, add scallions. You may opt to add fish sauce (optional) if necessary. Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
