How to cook Corned Beef Caldereta?

Ingredients:
 380 g Delimondo Caldereta Corned Beef
 1 carrot, sliced into medium sizes
 2 potatoes, sliced into medium sizes
 1 green bell pepper, sliced into small sizes
 1 red bell pepper, sliced into small sizes
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 onion, chopped
 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
 cheese
Directions:

Start with cooking potatoes until it's slightly brown. Do the same with carrots, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.

Saute' garlic and onion. Then, add the potatoes and carrots followed by the Delimondo Caldereta Corned Beef.

Add pepper and salt to the mix. Let it simmer for a few minutes and then add the green and red bell pepper.

Add grated cheese and then mix. Serve hot into a bowl and enjoy!
