How to cook Leche Flan?

Ingredients:
 12 Eggs
 1 370 ML Evaporated Milk
 1 300 ML Condensed Milk
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 4 tbsp White Sugar
Directions:

1. Separate yolk from egg white and place in a bowl.

2. Add Alaska Evaporated Milk. Followed by Alaska Condensed Milk. Mix everything thorougly.

3. Add vanilla extract and then mix. Strain the mixture 2-3 times.

4. Melt granulated sugar. Pour caramel into a container or llanera then add the mixture.

5. Cover with Alumimum Foil and then steam for 20-25 minutes on low heat.

6. Chill for at least 4 hours and then serve!
