Saute' ginger, add onion, tomatoes. Then add water and bring to a boil.
Add lemongrass, salt, black pepper, raddish and bring to a boil.
Add green chilies, okra and eggplants. Add tamarind powder and mix.
Add kangkong leaves and then bring to a boil.
Add Bangus belly and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
